FAQ
Your first payment is completed via iDEAL/Wero/cards/paypal etc. If you choose to lease, all subsequent monthly payments will be automatically collected via direct debit.
We offer flexible lease terms starting at a minimum of 3 months (flex), as well as fixed 1-year and 2-year lease plans. Alternatively, you always have the option to buy the laptop directly.
The monthly fee for your laptopNu subscription will be automatically debited each month on the same calendar day that you initially signed up.
We can provide instructions on the safest ways to back up your files so you don't lose them. Please note that laptopNu is not responsible for data preservation when a laptop is swapped or repaired.
If you experience any issues, we will first try to assist you remotely. If it turns out to be a hardware problem, we will swap your laptop for a similar model at no extra cost. To prevent fraud, the swap takes place once we have received the old device. Because we ship a replacement immediately, your downtime is minimized; we usually complete the swap within 3 business days.
Is your laptop making a strange noise, or is the battery not charging properly? The easiest solution is to notify us by email at service@laptopnu.com. We will analyze the problem to resolve it remotely, or arrange to swap it for a similar model.
The simplest way is to inform us via email (service@laptopnu.com). We will then send you a return form to ship the laptop back. Your subscription will officially stop as soon as the laptop is back in our possession.
